The processor cuts these to the perfect thickness. Rich beef flavor when grilled to medium rare, the most tender strip I've ever had apart ftom Wagyu with a much better flavor.
Shamrock carfully packages theirr products for shippin tho Houston and they consistently arrive still frozen or deeply chilled. Shamrock is our only choice for great beef cuts these days.
